Haiti: The Kids

During the first days while we were in Haiti, we were able to see lot's of children!
Here was one of the women from our group meeting with her sponsor child
The families would sit and wait until they were called up to be united with their supporter
This was the next day, getting ready to go to a children's home
 The Hannah's
 Abbey and I
Having fun on the bus ride
They sang beautiful songs for us
 These were the younger girls
And these were the older kids, they sang some songs in English that we knew like "10,000 Reasons"
The little girls also put on matching shirts and danced to "Hallelujah"
Also funny story.. while the older kids were singing, I was pooped on by a bird, so that was nice :)
They all danced really well, even down to the youngest!

We had a little VBS for them, so after talking about the armor of God, they got to decorate their own shields

Some of the older guys face us Americans in basketball
I thought their gate was pretty cool :)
A little girl found my camera and took a picture with it :)
There were also a couple rabbits that were found..

This day was one of my favorites because the kids were so loving and energetic.
