First, you'll want an oversize doll shirt that is pretty plain. Then you'll want to cut the shirt as shown below.
And that's basically all there is to it.... you can even use the coller of the shirt as a headband for your dolls and the bottom part of the shirt as a headband for yourself, if the shirt is stretchy
